I can't help it. I like to play with food. Why not? You get the eat it at the end!
So, I took the recipe from David Rocco's site after seeing it on his Cooking Channel show. Pears aren't in season right now, so I used peaches. Next time I make it, I'll try something a little different. Either way, it's pretty darned good.
