    French pastry bliss

    There is something utterly breathtaking about expertly made pastry. It is edible art. Bakeries and pastry shops are my art galleries. I could pour over them and take pictures from a multitude of angles, each shot being another perspective of an artist at work.

    I am amazed at the skill it takes to create something so flaky and perfectly textured. Croissants are admittedly me favorite indulgence, and lately I have fallen hard for tarts. So simple, so delectable.

    French pastries, I heart you.
